An EMDR Intensive is an immersive and focused approach to EMDR therapy that differs from traditional weekly sessions. Typically conducted over a few consecutive days, my EMDR Intensives allow you to dive deep and work through multiple traumatic memories and negative beliefs in a condensed period of time.

One of the key benefits of participating in an EMDR Intensive is the potential for quicker results and deeper healing. EMDR Intensives offer an even more focused and intensive therapeutic experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the healing process.

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a powerful therapy that helps you process past traumas and negative experiences. During our sessions, I will use bilateral stimulation to help you reprocess traumatic memories, false beliefs, and other issues in a safe and controlled environment.
